Based on your needs, we'll craft a tailored production plan, provide a transparent, detailed quotation, and clearly inform you of your position in our factory production schedule, along with the confirmed estimated lead time and delivery date. You'll know exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs or surprises. When both parties have reached a basic level of trust, the deposit for bulk custom orders can be as low as 30%.

Sample Confirmation

We offer flexible sample options to suit your needs: high-resolution photos, detailed production videos, or physical samples shipped to your location. Any costs associated with sample production or shipping will be fully communicated and confirmed with you in advance. Once you're completely satisfied and give your approval, we'll move forward with full-scale production.

Mass Production

Quality Inspection

Before packaging, every product undergoes a rigorous quality check to meet your exact requirements. For select production lines, we offer a cloud-based factory inspection feature—you can access a secure live link to remotely monitor the production process of your order in real time. Only items that pass our strict standards will be prepared for shipment.

Logistics & Delivery

We offer fully flexible shipping solutions tailored to your preference: EXW (Ex Works) You arrange your own freight forwarder. We will fully cooperate with your logistics partner and prepare the goods for pickup at our factory. FOB (Free on Board) We handle production, packaging, customs clearance, and deliver the goods to the named port of shipment. You will nominate the freight forwarder, and we will cover all associated costs, including inland transportation to the port and customs clearance fees. DAP (Delivered at Place) We deliver the goods to your designated address, right to your door. You are responsible for local customs clearance and taxes. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) We deliver directly to your door, including all customs duties, clearance, and final delivery. This is our most hassle-free option, ideal for clients without import/export licenses.

After-sales Follow-up

Our support doesn't end with delivery. We'll provide ongoing technical support and customer service to address any questions or concerns you may have after receiving your order.

Cooperation Models

AWe offer two manufacturing models: OEM (toll blending) and ODM (full formulation customization). - OEM: the client provides a mature formula or design specification, and we handle filling, packaging, and dispatch. Suitable for brands with established product formulas. - ODM: we use our proven formulas and can adjust efficacy, fragrance, pH value, and other parameters on demand, providing one-stop R&D, sampling, production, and packaging design services. Ideal for brands seeking new product development or category expansion. We handle household cleaners, industrial cleaning agents, and commercial cleaning products, supporting liquids, powders, pastes, gels, and other formulations.

AStandard MOQ: 20,000 units for products under 3kg, 10,000 units for products over 3kg. For first-time partners, we offer flexible MOQ options, free sampling, and a trial order option of up to 3,000 units to facilitate early-stage market testing. AYes. You have two options: first, register your own trademark for private-label cooperation, and we will assist with trademark qualification filing; second, inquire about the EPHYON brand distribution program to directly distribute our established product lines. Per domestic labeling regulations, we cannot sell unbranded products without a valid registered trademark.

The NDA can be signed at the initial consultation stage, ensuring your intellectual property and business interests are fully protected from first contact.

Formulation & Sampling

AWe support personalized formulation customization, with adjustable parameters including cleaning power, foam system, fragrance, pH value, viscosity, active ingredient concentration, and more. We can also develop hypoallergenic, concentrated, and eco-friendly formulas. After all adjustments, we provide samples for confirmation, and both parties seal the sample before mass production to ensure consistency.

ASampling fees are calculated based on formulation complexity. Standard samples are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once a formal mass production order is placed and agreed conditions are met, sampling fees may be refunded per our policy. Special custom formulations may require a longer sampling period, subject to actual communication.

Packaging, Labeling & Trademark

AWe provide labeling compliance guidance for the Chinese market and can connect you with our in-house design team for packaging visual design and label copywriting. For complex design projects, a design service fee may apply. Production begins after the client confirms the final packaging files. Note: We only provide Chinese market labeling compliance guidance. For products exported overseas, the client is responsible for ensuring compliance with the target market's labeling regulations.

ABoth options are available. Clients can supply their own bottles, labels, and cartons (materials must meet our automated production line requirements), or we can provide recommended packaging resources for a one-stop formulation, production, and packaging service, effectively shortening the supply chain cycle.

APrivate-label production requires a valid trademark registration certificate or trademark acceptance notice. Trademark qualification must be filed before order placement. The brand owner bears all trademark infringement risks. If you need assistance with trademark registration consultation, we can provide reference guidance.

Production, Lead Time & Pricing

AAfter sample confirmation, design finalization, and deposit payment, standard orders take 10-15 business days. Large-volume orders and custom products can be negotiated separately. Rush orders can be prioritized in production scheduling, subject to advance communication with our sales team regarding timeline and rush fees.

AAll orders require both parties to confirm and seal a sample, which serves as the final acceptance standard. Within industry-accepted tolerances, minor color or scent variations are normal. If variations exceed reasonable tolerances, both parties will negotiate a solution, and we will bear the corresponding responsibility.

Qualifications, Testing & Compliance

AThe factory holds complete production qualifications and ISO9001 quality management system certification. We can provide business licenses, production-related credentials, third-party test reports, MSDS, and maritime transport hazard identification reports as a complete documentation package, meeting domestic e-commerce, retail, and cross-border platform onboarding requirements.

AWe support third-party product testing by authorized institutions and can provide factory documentation for customs. For export orders, we assist in compiling a full documentation package to meet regulatory requirements for the EU, Southeast Asia, and other target markets, ensuring smooth customs clearance. For confirmed orders, we provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) and hazardous characteristics classification reports issued by laboratories accredited by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service) with ILAC-MRA international mutual recognition.
