Our Cleaning Paste is a high-performance, solvent-based heavy-duty cleaner engineered for industrial and commercial environments where stubborn grease, carbon deposits, and baked-on grime are common. The formulation combines a unique blend of surfactants, mild abrasives, and penetrating solvents that break down tough soils without damaging most surfaces. Target markets include automotive repair shops, industrial maintenance, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and heavy equipment service centers.
As an OEM partner, we offer full customization of the paste’s consistency (from soft gel to firm paste), fragrance options (neutral, citrus, or industrial), and packaging formats (tubs, tubes, or pails). We can adjust the active surfactant concentration for specific soil types, provide custom labeling, and support batch sizes from 500kg to 20MT. Our R&D team can also incorporate customer-specific additives (e.g., corrosion inhibitors or antimicrobial agents) to meet unique end-user requirements.
How It Works
The cleaning action relies on a three-step mechanism: wetting, solubilization, and mechanical lift. The surfactant blend reduces surface tension, allowing the paste to penetrate grease layers. Solvents (e.g., d-limonene or glycol ethers) dissolve hydrocarbon-based soils, while fine calcium carbonate particles provide gentle abrasion to physically dislodge embedded grime. The thick consistency ensures prolonged contact time on vertical surfaces. Rinsing with water or wiping leaves a clean, residue-free surface.
