Product Description
Our Best Kitchen Degreaser is a high-performance industrial-strength formulation designed specifically for OEM partners serving the commercial foodservice and food processing industries. The product utilizes a synergistic blend of alkali builders, nonionic surfactants, and glycol ether solvents to rapidly penetrate and emulsify carbonized grease, protein residues, and polymerized oils. It is ideal for use on stainless steel, ceramic, glass, and high-temperature plastics found in restaurant kitchens, institutional cafeterias, and food manufacturing plants. As an OEM solution, we offer full customization of viscosity (thin for spray, thick for soak), fragrance (citrus, neutral, or unscented), color, and label compliance (EPA, NSF, or proprietary). We support both concentrate and ready-to-use formats with private labeling, enabling your brand to deliver a reliable degreaser that outperforms commodity products while meeting your specific market and regulatory requirements.
Target markets include commercial kitchen cleaning services, restaurant chains, food processing facility maintenance teams, and equipment manufacturers requiring a built-in cleaner for their appliances. Our technical team works closely with OEM partners to fine-tune the formulation for local water hardness, soil types, and application equipment (e.g., foaming sprayers, automatic scrubbers, or dip tanks). We provide formulation stability data, SDS, and performance testing support to ensure seamless integration into your product portfolio.
How It Works
The degreaser works through a combination of alkaline hydrolysis and surfactant micellization. Alkali agents (potassium hydroxide) saponify fatty acids in baked-on grease, converting them into water-soluble soaps. Glycol ether solvents also penetrate the polymerized oil matrix to dissolve carbonized residues. Nonionic surfactants then encapsulate the loosened soil, forming stable micelles that suspend the grease in the cleaning solution for easy rinse‑away. The result is rapid breakdown of tenacious deposits without aggressive scrubbing, reducing labor time and cleaning chemical usage.
